By using Svadhyay you agree to these terms. They're short because we're trying to make a tool you can trust, not a contract you skim.
Account
Sign-in is by phone OTP. Keep your number current. If you lose access, contact hello@svadhyay.app.
Acceptable use
Don't upload books you don't have rights to. Don't attempt to extract or scrape other users' content. Don't attack the service.
AI outputs
The tutor cites the chapter and page when it answers, but it can still be wrong. Treat its responses as a starting point, not authoritative answers — especially for high-stakes assessments.
Subscription + billing
Free includes 20 AI credits per day, spent across every AI feature from one shared pool. Pro, Pro 5×, and Pro 10× are paid tiers with daily AI-credit allowances of 300, 900, and 1,800 respectively. Annual billing carries a 10% discount over twelve monthly payments. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial.
You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period; we don't pro-rate or refund partial months. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by those platforms' refund policies, not ours.
Termination
Either side can end this agreement. We'll keep your data recoverable for 30 days post-deletion in case you change your mind.
